On 08.08. FC Grone's B-youth team has completed the preparation with a friendly against SVG's district league team. The game was won 5-0 with a confident and team-like appearance. The hard and above all sweaty training of the past weeks has paid off and a total of 19 players were used in this game. The highlight of the preparation for the team was a small training camp in the fire department in Potzwenden. Various training and running units had to be completed here in the simple log cabins. However, we also had an afternoon together at the Wendebach reservoir, where everyone could relax a little bit from the exertions by jumping into the cool water.

After the successful and strenuous preparation, the team must now on August 11th. compete against the first team of JSG Sparta-Weende in the district cup at 6 p.m. The first competitive game of the new season takes place here at Rehbach.
