The end of the season has started. The Easter holidays are over and big steps are coming towards the summer. So the decisive games for the season are coming up. The first round was played in the district cup last weekend. Here we started as defending champions. The first hurdle on the way to defending the title was the team of JFV Eichsfeld 2. With perfect football weather we got off to a very good start on the grass in Breitenberg. Everyone went into the game focused. So we led 5-0 at half-time and ended up with a safe 8-0 victory. So we're already in the semi-finals of the district cup.
Nevertheless, regular training continued as usual this week and even on work day, actually a free holiday, training was requested at 12 noon. All 18 players worked well on the grass field when the sun was shining. So everyone was happy and broken when the training was over.
Now it is in the final phase of the season. Next weekend it will be at home against Tuspo Weser Gimte and afterwards the top game against FC Gleichen will be in Bremke next Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. BL
